Customs audit

In order to avoid the negative consequences of post-release controls, or to verify compliance with the conditions before issuing an authorisation for simplified procedures or granting an AEO authorisation or in order to comply with these conditions during the validity of the authorisation, we strongly recommend companies engaged in import, transit and export of the goods to perform:

  • ad hoc audits on customs transactions (transaction-specific approach),
  • a customs audit of the whole system of compliance with customs and other regulations on import, transit and export of goods (system-wide approach).

With the help of professionals in our team, you can avoid the negative consequences of customs findings during post-release controls, or during controls of compliance with the conditions of various authorisations or certificates, related offence proceedings or, in the worst case, criminal proceedings in relation to customs or tax offenses.
