The company DAC Consulting, s.r.o. was founded in 2007 as a consulting company made up of experts in areas managed by customs, or financial administration, specifically in the areas of customs law, excise law, import VAT and all related legal regulations governing international trade. The company DAC Consulting, s.r.o. he has completed hundreds of orders for clients of large and smaller companies that deal with trade within Slovakia, the European Union and third countries. Because we have been providing consultancy in the field of customs issues and excise taxes for many years, we are perfectly oriented in the whole area and can thus ensure quality service at a high professional level. From the very beginning, it is our aim that each of our clients receive services from us exactly according to their needs and requirements and thus get the opportunity to simplify their system, streamline their processes and save expenses within the applicable rules. We regularly educate ourselves and we like to pass on our experience and knowledge to professionals through seminars and trainings on customs and tax issues. JUDr. Maroš Prosman - expert in customs law and excise taxes
JUDr. Maroš Prosman is a lawyer with many years of experience. He received his legal education at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University, for a long time he worked in leading positions in the legal department of the Customs Directorate of the Slovak Republic. As part of his position, he was given the opportunity to actively influence the development of customs issues in connection with the entry of the Slovak Republic into the European Union and even represent the Slovak Republic during a series of meetings of the European Commission's committees for customs and excise duties. He also gained a lot of experience during several internships and study stays in several countries of the European Union. He currently works as a partner and managing director of DAC Consulting 2.0.
Ing. Tibor Vojtko - expert on customs issues
Ing. Tibor Vojtko is a long-time employee of DAC Consulting 2.0 and currently works as an expert on customs issues. At the same time, he is a partner and manager of the company. He has been working professionally in the field of customs since the beginning of his customs career (1991). He worked in the customs administration for more than twenty years, where he worked in various positions, including the position of director of the department of the Slovak Customs Directorate. The main areas of his specialization here were customs procedure and customs supervision, but also informatics and risk analysis. He actively collaborated on the process of preparing the Slovak customs administration for EU accession and represented the Slovak Republic in several working groups at the European Commission. He also has intensive work in the field of lecturing.
JUDr. Rastislav Vysocký, LL.M. - expert in customs law and excise taxes
JUDr. Rastislav Vysocký, LL.M. is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Long-term work in the customs administration, including the position of deputy of the Bratislava customs office, greatly helped him in gaining a broader knowledge of customs issues. He specializes mainly in customs law and excise law. He was a legal guarantor in several legal areas connected with customs. He served in various professional and working commissions of the general director and director of the customs office, representing the customs administration at the local and international level. He regularly passes on his acquired experience in customs and tax issues in the form of giving lectures to professionals as well as to the general public.
